Supreme Court and President Obama’s Healthcare Law

With the resent opposing rulings in Federal appeals courts, it is looking very likely that the Supreme Court of the United States will take up the issue of the constitutionality of President Obama’s healthcare law. Many people in opposition to the law will argue that it infringes on state’s rights and takes away personal liberties by requiring people to obtain insurance, while the people for the law will argue that it will help to control the healthcare system. The case, if taken up, will be a major issue heading into the next election.
