Possible new general sessions forms

Tennessee’s legal community has been very active the last few years in the Access to Justice campaign. This campaign is designed to provide help to people going through civil matters. The most recent report to come out of the campaign is a set of forms that would be used in General Sessions Court throughout Tennessee. These forms would allow people easier access to the Courts, which often see people represent themselves. The forms should help streamline the civil matters being handled in the courts, such as credit card suits and other debt matters. You can review the forms here: Link to Forms
