Personal Injury FAQ – Tennessee Rules of the Road

14 September 2011 Categories: All Blogs, Car Accident, Personal Injury

Many of our personal injury cases at McNulty & Associates are due to car accidents. The reason our clients are able to obtain settlements is because of the fault of the other driver in the accident. All drivers in Tennessee are required to follow the “Rules of the Road” located at Tenn. Code Ann. Title 55, Chapter 8. The most common of the rules is that every driver is required to operate his or her vehicle in a safe and prudent manner. McNulty & Associates will be posting more blogs under our Car Accident heading regarding other common rules that drivers should be aware of.
