Check out Law.com’s article by Catherine Dunn  about the use of social media at the Olympics and how it is interacting with intellectual property rights such as trademarks and copyrights. Other than the controversy already established with a few racial tweets, there are certain things you can’t say that may violate the rules of the Olympics or a company’s intellectual property rights.
