Franklin Police will set up a DUI checkpoint on Murfreesboro Road near Clovercroft Road on Saturday night. This checkpoint will be the first the department has done to honor a victim. The Webb family was rear ended by a drunk driver in 1971, losing a daughter and nephew, and forcing Ms. Webb into premature delivery.
