Michael McNulty was born in the small town of Cleveland, TN in the foothills of East Tennessee’s scenic landscape. Michael is the son of the late Colonel John S. McNulty, M.D. and retired special education teacher Mary McNulty. Michael’s parents raised him with the values of hard work, preparation and to always give back to the community in which you reside. Michael earned his B.S. from East Tennesse State University and his Juris Doctrate from Widener University in Wilmington, DE, with an emphasis in Estate Planning. While studying Estate Planning, Michael became active in trial advocacy and soon learned that he loves being in a courtroom. After completing his legal education, Michael returned to his home town and found his true love Mary while studying for the bar. The couple then moved to Nashville so Mary could earn her Masters in Social Work with an emphasis on Gerontology. Both Michael and Mary spend their free time with their dog, hiking, enjoying live music, watching the Predators, traveling the globe and laughing as much as they can. The two are passionate about helping both the young and old as they have been active in spending time raising money and volunteering for the Alzheimer’s Association and Our Kids, among others.
Michael is a an attorney who focuses on personal injury, estate planning and family law. While these areas are his primary areas, Michael prides himself on his ability to handle most legal matters that he encounters. Michael strives to help all future and former clients with all their present and future legal needs. Michael is licensed in the state of Tennessee and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. Michael is also licensed to practice in the Federal Courts of the Western, Middle and Eastern districts of Tennessee.
